What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email address, how you would like to participate, and your agreement to be contacted. Areas of interest and a short message are optional. Please keep messages to your interests and collaboration ideas; do not include patient records or other people’s private information.

Why we ask

Afya Titans uses these details to understand interest in the developing lab and follow up about relevant learning, mentoring, research or collaboration opportunities. Registration is an expression of interest, not a programme application, job offer or guarantee of a place.

How submissions work

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. They are not displayed publicly. A later submission with the same email and participation role updates your details. The form does not send an automatic confirmation email. Access to stored submissions is managed through the website’s hosting account.

Your choices

Joining the interest list is optional. You can request correction or removal by emailing afyatitans@gmail.com. Please use the same email address you registered with and explain your request. You can also use the Get involved form. Please do not submit additional sensitive information to prove your identity.

Website technology

The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Its hosting platform may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site. Your form submission is not used to train an AI model by this website.
